Senior Vice President, Strategic Programs
Mr. Genebach serves ActioNet as head of Strategic Programs, including leading Business Development, Capture Management, Pricing, and path forward strategy. He also currently leads ActioNet’s Department of Energy ITSS program. He has over 29 years of IT/ISS and Federal contracting experience, and has 17+ years of executive leadership in the areas of senior management, program management, M&A and integration, technology solutions and business capture.

Kendra Leser
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Leser serves as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. She possesses over 25 years of Government contract accounting and financial management experience for both large and small business primarily in the Information Technology Sector for both domestic and international companies. She has broad-based experience encompassing program management, business restructuring and re-engineering, strategic planning, risk management, compliance, business enterprise systems and cost containment.

Brian J. O’Rourke
Vice President and Chief Solutions Architect
Mr. O’Rourke serves as ActioNet’s corporate manager and Chief Solutions Architect for Enterprise Services to include ITSM, IT Strategic Planning, Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management, Enterprise Architecture and Cloud Service Offerings. Mr. O’Rourke possesses over 30 years of information technology experience, 10 of which was as a Senior IT Manager in the federal government. Mr. O’Rourke is responsible for the identification, development, maturation and management of all ActioNet processes, technologies and ”best practices” related to IT Service Management to improve and enhance overall contract delivery across all programs. Mr. O’Rourke also supports capture, proposal, presentations (orals) and solutions management for key strategic opportunities.

Anthony R. Adoremos
Vice President, Civilian Programs
Mr. Adoremos serves as head of Civilian Programs, including divisional strategic planning, business operations, and business development, for ActioNet. He has over 18 years of information technology experience and 15 years experience managing Federal contracts. Mr. Adoremos is responsible for overall contract delivery, customer satisfaction, and account growth supporting the Transportation, Federal Aviation and Federal Housing communities.

Thomas M. Boyce
Vice President, Applied Innovation
Mr. Boyce serves as VP, Applied Innovation and leads the Energy Sector Business Unit. He has over 35 years of information technology and Federal IT leadership experience, and has 17 years in executive leadership, leading large IT organizations and extensive software development projects. Mr. Boyce is a certified Project Management Professional, and is a Senior Fellow of the Council for Excellence in Government's e-Gov program, and is past Vice-Chair of ACT-IAC's Partners Program.

Vice President, Science and Research
Mr. de Guzman serves as head of Science and Research Business Unit at ActioNet. He has over 20 years of IT industry experience and a track record of sustained yearly revenue growth through creation of high-performing delivery teams providing quality management and technology solutions to private and government organizations. Mr. de Guzman's integrity and commitment to success is driven by his passion for developing high-performing positive teams able to deliver solutions that turn vision into reality. In his role, Mr. de Guzman's is responsible for providing strategic direction, business development and management to several accounts supporting Securities and Exchange Commission and three cabinet-level agencies including Department of Commerce, Department of Education, and Department of the Treasury.

Vice President, Global Operations
Mr. Greer serves as head of Global Operations for ActioNet and is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is an accomplished Executive Manager with 30 years domestic and international experience in operations, profit and loss (P&L) management, business development, strategic positioning, and strategic planning with small business and large global organizations.

Mr. Collignon serves as head of Health Services for ActioNet. He has over 22 years of information technology professional services experience supporting small, mid-size and large corporations’ ability to create and deliver innovative solutions to the public and private sectors, and over 14 years of experience within the Health industry providing leadership roles in delivery, customer relationship management, business capture and general management.
