Vice President, Civilian Programs
- Serves as the head of Civilian Programs for ActioNet
- Leads the unit’s overall P&L, strategic planning, solution development, customer/partner relationship management, growth and delivery operations
- Oversees business operations supporting a full range of enterprise services focused on large scale infrastructure solutions, IT service management, cloud computing, and software development for Federal Civilian Agencies including Transportation, Federal Aviation and Federal Housing communities
- Responsible for growth of the Civilian BU in existing and adjacent Federal agencies
Julie is an experienced Information Technology executive with more than 20 years experience managing service delivery in both small and large organizations for commercial and Federal sector customers. She started her career in Systems Engineering with EDS supporting the DEERS program, then moved into supporting managed services for the private sector, domestically and internationally. In 2002, joined then small business 3H Technology focused on providing software engineering and enterprise IT support to Federal Civilian customer. 3HT was acquired by QinetiQ North America and then by Vencore, where Julie continued to manage Civilian Operations supporting civilian customers including GSA, USDA, DOJ, Homeland Security, Treasury and Department of State.Julie graduated from Marshall University, with a Bachelor’s in Psychology. She has achieved professional and technical certifications in Agile, IT and Engineering.
