Steven A. Crespy, Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Crespy:

• Serves as Vice President and CFO for ActioNet
• Manages the Accounting, Contracts and Treasury functions
• Responsible for ensuring financial and cost accounting compliance and managing financial risks.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures that support company operations along with the company's short- and long-range goals, objectives and plans

Mr. Crespy has over 20 years of leadership and international experience in large company and start-up joint venture operations, and in leading business unit integration and restructurings to drive savings and increase operational efficiency. Prior to joining ActioNet, Steve served as Vice President of Finance & Business Operations at both TKC Communications and Data Systems & Solutions (DS&S), a joint venture company between Rolls-Royce PLC and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). He has managed departments and led internal teams responsible for finance, accounting, contracts, security, project control, bid and proposal, as well as quality and business improvement. Steve has also held executive positions with ICF Kaiser International and NVR L.P. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame. He lives in Vienna, VA with his wife Mary and their three children. In his spare time he enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey, and golf.
