ActioNet, Inc. announced today the award a five-year contract for software development, maintenance, and Help Desk support of the Transportation Electronic Awards Management (TEAM) system for the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA) with a total value of over $13M. TEAM is a mission-critical grants management system.

ActioNet’s President & CEO, Ashley W. Chen, first approached FTA in 1998 to help support FTA’s Y2K compliance effort. After successfully completing this project, ActioNet was brought back in 1999 to help FTA establish a first-class software development team and currently supports several applications and websites for FTA. Chen said, “Our process-oriented, results-focused approach to project management and software development has enabled us to provide quality support for our customers. We look forward continuing our partnership with FTA with this new opportunity to bring our proven work ethic and value-added support to TEAM.”
