Following the All Hands Meeting on June 6th, ActioNeters joined together to see the results for the “Who’s That Baby” contest! The aim of this friendly contest was to enhance relationships within the office by familiarizing oneself with baby pictures of participating staff members. Contestants were presented a chance to send in baby pictures of themselves, which were then numbered and posted in the reception area, as well as on the online voting poll. All participants were awarded a $25 gift card for Cold Stone Creamery, and the winner was awarded a $100 Visa gift card. Michelle B. presented each baby along with their baby pictures, as well as the winner of the contest. The team member who correctly guessed the most amount of pictures was Crystal T. While some pictures were easy to guess, others prompted staff members a chance to familiarize themselves with their colleagues’ past versus current features, styles, and expressions. At Actionet, every team member is vital to the growth and progression of the company. Recognizing and involving the staff through friendly activities strives to develop a comfortable and appreciative work environment.
