Our most recent appraisal was completed on October 14, 2022, when ActioNet, Inc. was externally assessed by MQAS at CMMI-SVC ML 4 V2.0 with SAM. CMMI for Services (CMMI-SVC) is an integrated set of best practices that improves performance and key capabilities for organizations that want to produce, deliver and maintain a Quality Services Management Organization across all functions, not just IT. Maturity Level 4 leverages Quantitative Management to identify and implement process improvements to meet and exceed customers’ needs and expectations.
