During Lunar New Year, it is traditional for employers to gift their employees lucky money. The money is given within red envelopes (Hung Bao), which is meant to symbolize luck and happiness. The significance is never the monetary gain but the wish of good fortune.
Every year ActioNet employees receive Hung Bao envelopes. Every year employees read the phrase “May this ‘Lucky Money’ bring you Health, Happiness and Good Fortune.” And Every year ActioNeters are reminded about how valued they are.
