The weather has gotten colder outside and thoughts are moving towards the winter holidays. It is getting harder to stay outside, and many of us are looking for ways to celebrate safely indoors. Like many organizations, ActioNet is taking our usual company celebrations online.
Recently we extended our Halloween events to allow employees to submit the costumes of themselves and their loved ones into our annual costume contest. The initiative had great reaction and we had many competitors and voters. Due to the success of our contest we decided to create another one for the winter holiday—this time including our furry ActioNeter friends!
Holiday Pet Photo Contest
We created an excuse for everyone to buy cute holiday outfits for their pets! Now through December 9th we are encouraging employees to submit holiday photos of their pets. This can mean dressing our four-legged friends in fun holiday-themed costumes or surrounding them with holiday decorations!
After the submission deadline has passed, get ready to get involved! All of the collected photographs will be voted on beginning December 10th. The top three photos will be eligible for prizes up to $100.
Like with our Halloween Costume Contest, we will be adding the survey link to our blog for readers to respond to. Stay tuned in December for your time to respond. The Holiday Pet Photo Contest survey will close at 5pm EST on December 15th. That evening our judges will be reviewing the results and preparing for our announcement event at 1pm on December 16th.
Moving Forward
As of writing this blog there is just short of a month left to participate in the Holiday Pet Photo Contest. If you can participate, we encourage you to take a holiday pet photo for all of us to share. If not, keep a look out for our upcoming survey, photos, and updates regarding the contest!
