Mr. Mann:
- Serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ActioNet

Mr. Mann began his career in the United States Marine Corps as a Tactical Data Systems Repairman, where he honed his skills in managing complex communication systems and problem-solving under pressure, foundational to his strategic and technical leadership as a CTO. After his military service, he joined the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) in Charleston, SC, where he performed as a contractor and civil servant, as a Tester, Integrator, Engineer, and later an IPT lead. At SPAWAR, he led critical projects like the Domestic Nuclear Detection Office (DNDO) program and the Deployable Joint Command and Control (DJC2) system.
Mr. Mann then transitioned to the private sector as Vice President of Technology, Strategies and Development, where he mastered the intricacies of business development, company operations, and proposal writing. He led the design and proposal process, driving substantial revenue growth and capturing high-value contracts. His expertise culminated in his tenure in Afghanistan, where he brought his designs to life, implementing what he had proposed in a massive $300+ million effort, including the construction of hardened data centers and the installation of advanced communication infrastructure.
Mr. Mann then immersed himself in the rapidly evolving field of Generative AI, becoming one of its earliest adopters. He mastered cutting-edge tools and techniques and became a key advocate for AI integration. He has taught and mentored dozens and engaged in live speaking events to share his expertise. Today, as ActioNet CTO, he spearheads AI-driven strategies and solutions, significantly enhancing customer outcomes and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.
