ActioNet was named “Top Workplaces” by the Washington Post for its fourth consecutive year and placed 12th among other large companies who scored above the threshold in the “large companies” category. Over 3,000 companies in the DC Metro area were invited to participate in the program. Of those employees who received questionnaires, 52,405 responded. The employee survey included 23 statements covering how workers view their jobs, their leadership, and the health of the organization. There were a total of 150 organizations that made the cut which is based on the results of an employee survey. The Washington Post partnered with Workplace Dynamics to conduct the survey and analysis.
