ActioNet, Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Department of State, Office of Logistics Management, as part of the 8(a) Set-Aside Pool for the Hybrid Information Technology Services at State (HITSS) program. This is a 5-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract estimated at $112 million to provide services such as systems and software analysis and design; computer programming; configuration management; and testing. The principal place of performance will be main State and its Washington, DC annexes, however, other locations may be required as specified in individual task orders.
ActioNet was one of only eight awardees in the 8(a) Set-Aside Pool. ActioNet’s President & CEO, Ashley W. The HITSS Contract
The State Department selected a mix of multiple small businesses to provide general information technology services at agency facilities in the United States and abroad. The awards under the Hybrid Information Technology Services at State program fall into four set-aside categories: 8(a), Small Business, Service-Disabled/Veteran-Owned, and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone). This contract is in support of the Agency’s Information Technology Systems and related equipment and services. The selected vendors will support State’s software, hardware, and communications technology, providing such services as systems and software analysis and design, computer programming, configuration management, testing, and troubleshooting.
