ActioNet, Inc. has been awarded a task order by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) under the NOAALink Contract to implement and manage a consolidated Tier 1 Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) Service Desk.  This program will serve as a vehicle to establish cohesive framework for end to end service delivery for DoC/NOAA.  The NSD program is projected to consolidate NOAA and DOC Tier 1 users into a single point of contact (SPOC) IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Desk and implement a software-as-a-service (SaaS) Service Desk Tool, ServiceNow.
