ActioNet and CACI Joint Venture Awarded $330 Million U.S. Navy Systems Engineering Contract

eVenture Technologies, LLC to Support Navy-wide Information Systems
ActioNet, Inc. and CACI International Inc (NYSE: CAI) announced today that a joint venture the companies have formed, called eVenture Technologies, LLC, has been awarded a five-year, estimated $330 million Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) services contract to support the U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center New Orleans (SSC NOLA). The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract is a small business set-aside. The joint venture is a first for both companies. ActioNet is an 8(a) woman-owned business that is a protégé to CACI under the Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé program. The work will be performed mostly at SSC NOLA locations, where eVenture will provide technical support for Navy-wide information systems such as the manpower and human resources systems that serve all Navy personnel.
