Ashley Speaks at FCEDA

ActioNet, Inc. announced that Ashley Chen, its CEO, has been invited as a guest speaker at the Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) Entrepreneurship 101, or “E-101,” workshop on January 10, 2023, and features a panel of small business experts on how to start a business. Presented by the FCEDA, in partnership with the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (SBSD), the Community Business Partnership (CBP) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the workshop provides an overview of business start-up fundamentals. Participants receive step-by-step information that covers registering a business, permitting requirements, business feasibility and business plan basics, business certifications, financing options and government resources. Please register for this workshop at https://www.fairfaxcountyeda.org/event/entrepreneurship-101-starting-a-business-in-fairfax-county-17/

The workshop features an “Entrepreneur Spotlight,” where Ashley will discuss her entrepreneurial journey and share valuable tips for business success. All participants who attend the entire webinar will receive a virtual “notebook” of business resource information. Networking opportunities are provided during the event. “This is especially meaningful for me as ActioNet was born in Fairfax County in 1998 and we are preparing to celebrate our 25th Anniversary. We appreciate the support of FCEDA throughout our Journey,” said Ashley W. Chen, Founder and CEO.
