24 years ago, I founded ActioNet with no money, very few contacts, but a Big Dream – To create an environment where talented people share common Core Values, Work Hard, Play Hard and Be their Very Best. Leading transformation starts with a Vision and the ability to energize and enable our ActioNeters to break through boundaries and to boldly go where no one has gone before! ActioNeters never give up on Turning Vision into Action®!
COVID changed How we Live & Work, but it does NOT change Who we are and the strength of the Human Spirit. Being Kind to each other and Giving Back is part of our Corporate Culture. In 2021, ActioNet was named the Washington Post Top Workplaces for eight consecutive years. It took a Team to Get the Job Done.
It has been an ActioNet tradition to create an Annual Team Video. This year, we have received 18 Fancy Like Videos. I want to say Thank You to those brave young men & women who dared to submit the Fancy Like videos and entered the competition. ActioNet truly got talent from playing the saxophone, playing golf to hula hoops. We received over 200 votes.
