ActioNet is a mature, process-oriented company dedicated to continually improving our services and solutions to ensure the highest quality and best value to our customers. The company continually invests in time and energy toward achieving and maintaining our International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001 Certification. ActioNet maintains our certification through annual external assessments against the ISO 9001 Standard. The length of the certification cycle is three years, and that requires a full external assessment of both corporate functions and business unit/project activities. That is then followed by two annual surveillance assessments where a sampling of both corporate and business unit/project activities are assessed.
The ISO 9001 is an international standard that describes the requirements of the Quality Management System (QMS). The ActioNet Management Lifecycle (AMLC) encompasses all of the policies, procedures, and processes required by the ISO Quality Management System. Our certification is essential for assuring our customers that ActioNet has strong processes in place that are aligned to established, industry-recognized models. The ISO 9001:2015 standard includes management systems standards that are designed to help organizations ensure that they are meeting the needs of their customers and other stakeholders. The standard requires that companies demonstrate compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to their products. Before the certification body can issue or renew a certification, the auditor must be satisfied that the company has implemented the requirements of the standard.
The ISO standard is based on seven quality management principles that include: Customer Focus, Leadership, Engagement of People, Process Approach, Improvement, Evidence-based decision making and Relationship Management. These principles are the set of fundamental beliefs, norms, rules, and values that are accepted as true and can be used as a basis for quality management. Every organization is different in how the principles are applied based on the nature of the work and the specific organizations that are supported. The standard follows the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle in a processed-based approach. It encourages companies to have risk-based thinking approach.
Our certification strengthens our Quality Management System. Our goal is to continue providing our customers with a positive experience and exceeding their expectations every time they employ ActioNet Services.
